These tool come with the maxim "New beginnings from ancient wisdoms". For hundreds of years differing tribes of the americas had no war. Despite language barriers and social pressures, they resolved conflict peaceably, they made policy decisions involving thousands of people over hundreds of miles which were unanimous. Many organisations and corporations use these tools today. They can be taught to children and adults. I am a 2-year trained teacher of these tools.
